Lichenised. Poorly known taxon.
Substrate: bark
Altitudinal distribution: montane belt (potential vegetation: deciduous forests dominated by Fagus sylvatica and closed coniferous forests with Picea abies)
Note: perhaps related to Lecania (-cyrtella-group); on bark of broad-leaved trees (e.g. Fagus); in the study area only known from the Western Alps, but without recent records.
