Substrate: siliceous rocks
Altitudinal distribution: submediterranean/colline belt (potential vegetation: mixed deciduous forests dominated by Quercus and Carpinus)
Note: on steeply inclined to vertical surfaces of more or less basic siliceous rocks, often near the coast; in the study area so far known only from the base of the Western Alps (France).
