Altitudinal distribution: submediterranean/colline belt (potential vegetation: mixed deciduous forests dominated by Quercus and Carpinus)
Note: a species of unclear relationship, doubtfully lichenised with trentepohlioid algae, with a thallus indicated by pale patches, ascomata supposed to be organised in laterally fusing groups, and hyaline, 5- to 8-septate ascospores; ecology and distribution are very poorly known.
