This is a still preliminary version of a guide to the most common woody plants which occur in the wild in the Province of Biella (Piedmont, N Italy). The key was produced in collaboration between the project CSMON-LIFE (LIFE13 ENV/IT/842) of the Dept. of Life Sciences, University of Trieste, and the Giardino Botanico di Oropa.
