Reegistration fees

Attendance at the Congress and social moments are reserved for full members of the International Association for Biomonitoring of Environmental Pollution, and require registration for the Congress and payment of a registration fee.
    Registration fees:
  • Ordinary member – registration within 31 August 2023: 100.00 €
  • Ordinary member – registration after  31 August 2023: 140.00 €
  • Student member: 70.00 €

The registration fee must be paid at the time of registration by bank transfer to the following bank account:

For payments from abroad, please provide the following SWIFT code: UNCRITM10NI
In both cases, this must be indicated in the purpose of the transfer: “IABEP Congress 2023 – name and surname”.
Cancellation should be communicated no later than September 15, 2023. A refund of 50% of the amount paid will be transferred to the bank account indicated by the applicant. No refund will be make after September 15, 2023.
Receipt of the payment will be provided after the official foundation of the Association (second day of the congress, see programme).
The fee covers the organizational costs and coffee breaks, as well as the association fee to IABEP for 2023. Anything left over will be transferred to the newly formed Association and become its property. Please note that the joint dinner is not included in the fee.
