The Palace of the Fondazione Coronini Cronberg onlus will host the welcome cocktail as well as one parallel session.
The Building
The palace was built between 1593 and 1598 in the former peripheral area of the town. The concrtruction followed the rigid critheria of the "fort-house", surrounded by high walls and with very few concessions to the superfluous.
During 1820 was purchased by the count Michele Coronini Cronberg (1793-1876), whom issued several major renowation works, strongly changing the original aspect of the building.
The palace underwent several further modifications, and especially some intervention on the park between the two world wars.

The Garden
Completed in the late 19th century, the garden, which design is attributed to Count Alfredo Coronini (1846-1920), has a surface of about 5 hectares and preserve its fascinating original character.

The Palazzo Coronini Cronberg onlus Foundation
The Palazzo Coronini Cronberg onlus Foundation is a nonprofit private organization set up in 1990 by the wish of Count Guglielmo Coronini. Its aim is to grant access to the public to his immense property, including the Coronini’s Palace that has been transformed into a museum.
